Participants will be trained in accordance with the UK Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, acquiring the skills necessary to manage various workplace emergencies. 2. CPR and AED Competence
A core element of the training involves Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Participants will demonstrate competence in both CPR techniques and the operation of AEDs, which are critical skills for responding to cardiac emergencies. These lifesaving techniques will be taught through hands-on practice to ensure participants are confident in real-life scenarios.
3. Eligibility for Emergency First Responder Identity Card
